Banda formada em 1997 pelo Vocalista Lamia, o guitarrista Ryou e o Baterista Yoshi... o baixista Shio, que já havia sido guitarrista no La:Sadie's se junta à banda
e com essa formação eles gravam apena a música "V･A･I・N" que sai no V.A. NEW AGE CULTURE～第一楽章～(1997.10.20).
Yoshi e Lamia saem da banda, Lamia segue a carreira musical se juntando à banda Eye for you, também da Matina. Entra para a banda Atsuki, assumindo os vocais.
Com esta nova formação gravam 3 demo-tapes durante o ano de 98 e o mini-album "Re'-Image" no início 99, seu último lançamento, além de participar no V.A. "Scene2" e postumamente no "PRELUDE: 2 ～en effort of resalt～".
